Coming into series, analysts and reporters were hyping it up as the potential of being the best conference finals in NBA history. Thus far, in two games, the series has fit the billing. Game one, the favored Golden State Warriors were in command up thirteen at half, before the Thunder came storming back led by a nineteen point third quarter performance by their star point guard, Russell Westbrook. The Warriors, 73-9 in the regular season, and easily getting past the first two rounds in the playoffs, were certainly put in unfamiliar territory with this game one loss. However, history says the Warriors fans should have no fear heading into game 2. This season following a loss the Warriors are 12-0, this would be no different in game 2. Led by fifteen consecutive points by the two time MVP Stephen Curry in the third quarter, the Warriors responded cruising to a 118-91 blowout win. Now the series shifts back to the hostile environment of Chesepeake Arena in Oklahoma City with the series knotted at one. Should be must see TV and non stop entertainment through out the series for the right to play in the NBA Finals beginning June 2nd.
